By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. x444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed to x444's satisfaction.
3.1 You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to hold a personal x444 account.
3.2 You confirm that you are not accessing x444 Services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gaming in your specific location. x444 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for your compliance or non-compliance with applicable local laws.
3.3 x444 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, and return funds (less any applicable fees) to any user at x444's reasonable discretion, including where x444 suspects ineligibility.
4.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) x444 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. x444 may, at its discretion, merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of your account information throughout your use of x444 Services. x444 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x444 login credentials. You must notify x444 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. x444 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4.4 x444 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documentation may include government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
5.1 All transactions on x444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Available methods may change from time to time at x444's discretion.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your x444 account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. x444 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) hour for mobile wallet transfers (JazzCash, Easypaisa), though actual timescales may vary due to third-party processing times outside x444's control.
5.4 Funds deposited into your x444 wallet are held exclusively for gaming purposes on x444.club. x444 does not pay interest on wallet balances.
5.5 Deposits made in suspected connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct will be frozen and reported to the appropriate authorities. x444 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
6.1 x444 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, or other promotional benefits from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
6.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity periods will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Where no wagering requirement is specified, the default is thirty (30) times the bonus amount on eligible sports betting markets.
6.3 x444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including in cases where x444 reasonably suspects bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, structuring bets to exploit promotional terms, or any other conduct that x444 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x444 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

These rules determine valid bet placement, settlement procedures, and payout calculations. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for that particular game.
8.2 x444 reserves the right to void bets placed after the official start of an event or where x444 determines that a bet was accepted due to a technical error or manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your x444 wallet.
8.3 All cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20, and Test match markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. x444 does not accept liability for errors in third-party data feeds used in live betting.
8.4 In the event of technical disruption during a live casino game session, x444 will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the interrupted round will be returned to the player's wallet.
9.1 x444 is committed to responsible gaming. You have the right to apply the following controls to your account at any time through your account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion is active, x444 will use all reasonable technical means to prevent access to your account for the duration selected. Self-exclusion durations range from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

12.1 These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of x444 Services shall first be referred to x444 customer support for informal resolution. x444 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
12.2 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. x444 and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for any matter not resolved through arbitration.
